Rating:
2.0/5
Reviews: 3

Maritime Investment has a user-friendly design, interface, and understandable conditions for further cooperation but under all of these, the real scammer is hidden. Offering so much information about the company in this particular situation is just an attempt to cover its illegal activity. But we dug much deeper so know exactly what is wrong with this broker and why trading with them will put you at serious risk.

  • Broker name: MaritimeInvestment, Maritime Investment
  • Address: No details
  • Website: https://maritimeinvestment.pro/
  • Regulation: Not regulated by any legitimate company
  • Customer support: maritime.investment@infosupport24.com
  • Language: English, Spanish
  • Phone number: No details

First red flag: Conflicting creation date

It is a common practice to present the year of foundation of the company because it helps to understand its role in the trading sphere and predict what kind of services it may present. Also, it is easier to check what work the broker did to maintain the current investment trends.

So, when we see so much information about the Maritime Investment, we have to check the truth of those details. In the footer, it claimed 1998-2004, but according to who.is information, the domain was registered in 2024.

Another confusing information is regarding the date of foundation – 1948, and its fake awards during 2022-2023. The broker very conveniently hides behind the fact that it is a subsidiary company, but here’s the problem: the main company does not know about its existence. Does it smell like a completely fraud? Definitely, yes.

Second red flag: Lack of connection with subsidiary companies

The Maritime Investment claims to be associated with 21 companies, we have verified its connection with each of them, but we will provide you with data regarding the first since this is already enough to confirm the deception of these scammers.

The Maritime Investment claims that FMR Co., Inc. (Fidelity) is its subsidiary company but there is no real evidence. The only connection that we were able to find between the indicated subject and a company with a similar name is Maritime Wealth Advisors, LLC. Moreover, the information about the awards received was stolen from Fidelity. You can compare these regalia below.

Third red flag: Absence of online reputation

Nowadays, online reputation is crucial and every reputable business tries to build it in the most prospective light because it can attract more clients. However, there is no relevant information about maritimeinvestment.pro. It is like a ghost in the world of investing. It is quite strange if believe the fact that the company operated for several years and even has some reputable awards among others. But, again, it is only their words, that we are more inclined to believe that this is another hoax.

Articles/Press Releases

The broker does not have any information in popular investment and financial online magazines, not only for this year but also for the years in which they say they received awards. However, we found several negative articles indicating that this is a scam. The conclusion suggests itself is the following: the company is trying to seem cool, but, it is only infiltrating this industry, or it is a scammer (quite obvious option).

Clients’ reviews on various platform

Let’s imagine that we believe that the company operates for several years. So it must have thousands clients but we can follow quite opposite situation on the Google. Most popular review platforms haven’t reviews about Maritime Investment. What does it mean? It lies into your faces regarding its huge experience and carefully deleted any risky information.

Fourth red flag: Not updated information on the site

The site contains information about the prices of certain assets that must be systematically updated, otherwise, such data may be misleading and lead to risky transactions in certain markets. Therefore, we were surprised that these cards on the main page of Maritime Investment are static and have never changed during the long process of researching the legitimacy of the platform.

It means that they were added only for one purpose – to create an image of a broker that provides the necessary tools for price analysis.

Fifth red flag: Platforms only for downloading

Maritime Investment offers to download two applications to your computer – AnyDesk and TemViewer. In general, those desktop apps are safe. But why do you need to download something from unreliable sources? This is very dangerous and can lead to infection of your computer, fraudsters gaining access, and, accordingly, theft of data stored on the device.
To avoid exposing yourself to any risk, do not neglect basic Internet safety rules. Therefore, such a requirement from a broker only raises doubts about their legality.

Final conclusion on the MaritimeInvestment.pro scam

In conclusion, Maritime Investment presents itself as a reputable financial broker, but a closer examination reveals a web of deception and fraudulent activity. The numerous red flags raised during our investigation paint a clear picture of a scheme designed to lure unsuspecting investors into a trap. From conflicting creation dates to a lack of genuine connections with subsidiary companies, from an absence of online reputation to outdated information on the website, and the insistence on downloading applications from questionable sources, each warning sign serves as a testament to the deceitful nature of Maritime Investment.

Despite its efforts to maintain a facade of legitimacy through user-friendly design and interface, the truth remains evident: Maritimeinvestment.pro is not a trustworthy entity for trading or investment purposes. Therefore, traders must exercise caution and steer clear of engaging with Maritime Investment to safeguard their finances and personal information from harm.

Have huge problems with them. Also Coupled with reports from other investors experiencing similar issues, I am now seriously concerned that Maritime Investment could be operating as a scam

I fear that MI may be nothing more than a sophisticated scam, preying on unsuspecting investors. Waiting for my withdrawal more than 2 weeks.

They promised high returns on my investments and assured me of their legitimacy. However, as time went on, I became increasingly skeptical. Withdrawal requests were consistently delayed, and communication from their end became sparse..so now I am feeling cheated and betrayed. I strongly advise against investing any money with this company.
